Abstract
It is shown that as the flow velocity of an ideal liquid flowing aroun d a charged perfectly conducting droplet of ideal liquid increases, th e critical self-charge of the droplet at which instability occurs decr eases rapidly. (C) 1998 American Institute of Physics.
