Abstract
Most giant intracranial aneurysms present with signs of parasellar syn dromes with neurological and mass effect. We report here the case of a n 82-year-old woman who presented with giant bilateral carotid aneurys m, manifested exclusively by anterior hypopituitarism with no neurolog ical deficit.
