The influence of the growth temperature T-s on the structure, optical
absorption, and electrical conductivity of BiSrCaCuO films has been st
udied. It was observed that nonmonotonic changes in the parameters of
the films with T-s are caused by (111)double right arrow(001) phase tr
ansitions at T(s)approximate to 550 degrees C for the 2212 phase and T
(s)approximate to 600 degrees C for the 2223 phase. These phase transi
tions stimulate the formation of metallic conductivity and are caused
by a change in the system of preferential ordering planes of the atoms
