An analysis is made of the nonlinear dynamics of perturbations of the
dislocation density and elastic field using a proposed evolution model
which takes into account the negative velocity sensitivity of the def
orming stresses. As a result of the evolution of domain instability, i
t is observed that periodic and isolated solutions (solitons) exist fo
