Abstract
Data are presented on the fatigue of ferroelectric materials induced b y cyclic polarization reversal by an ac field. It is suggested that th e electric fatigue of the samples is caused by an increase in the defe ct concentration in the crystal structure. (C) 1998 American Institute of Physics.
