Abstract
Using the Landau-Lifshitz theory for thermodynamic fluctuations, we ca lculate and estimate some second moments of relevant quantities for ch arged dilaton black holes. The nonequilibrium second-order phage trans ition for extremal charged dilaton black holes is discussed.
