Abstract
The peculiar features of relaxation processes in active cellulose fill ers are elucidated using the dipole relaxation method, the measurement s being made in a frequency range from 10 to 10(3) Hz at temperatures from -100 to +100 degrees C. A hypothetical model of structural change s in a cellulose matrix due to the introduction of ionogenic acidic gr oups is proposed. A possibility is shown of controlling polarization p rocesses in such structures by applying electric fields of variable st rength at room temperature.
