Abstract
A case of acrosyndactyly was treated with routine syndactyly release a nd full-thickness skin grafts. Two epidermoid inclusion cysts were fou nd within the syndactylyzed index and middle fingers. This association is discussed along with the mechanism that best explains this unusual occurrence.
