The magnetic and electronic transport properties of the title compound
s are systematically studied. Both compounds are found to have similar
properties. The magnetic measurements are consistent with the mictoma
gnetic behavior. An insulator-to-metal transition is observed with dec
reasing temperature and the low temperature resistivity shows the meta
lliclike feature. It is proposed that apart from the already identifie
d ferromagnetic metal and spin glass insulator. phases, the metallicli
ke mictomagnetic phase should exist at the boundary area between the t
wo known phases in the universal phase diagram for the manganates. (C)
