Abstract
Sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy (SKML) is a distinct clinicopathological entity described by Rosai and Dorfman and differen tiated by other childhood histiocytoses by its distinct characteristic s. This is a rare pathology and should be kept in mind for differentia l diagnosis of neck masses, especially in childhood.
