Abstract
We present an unusual case of criss-cross heart with supero-inferior v entricles, double outlet of the right ventricle, restrictive ventricul ar septal defect, severe infundibular stenosis and ''absent'' pulmonar y valve who underwent successful surgical repair. Complete preoperativ e diagnosis was established with cross-sectional echocardiography comb ined with colour Doppler and angiocardiography, which facilitated succ essful surgical correction.
