Abstract
We report the use of an endoscope-assisted technique for nasal osteoto my in 7 patients. The endoscopic approach has been especially helpful in performing the osteotomy safely and accurately, compensating for th e drawbacks of the conventional blind osteotomy procedure, This form o f surgery took only approximately 20 minutes longer than conventional surgery. We encountered no complications attributable to the endoscopi c approach.
