Abstract
The authors report a case of acute cerebellar syndrom in infectious mo nonucleosis. This complication is rare and benign. It is commonly acce pted that the physiological mechanism is directly linked to viral acti on in cerebral tissues. Evolution is favorable without any treatment b ut corticosteroids may shorten the duration of symptoms.
