Abstract
Two triterpenoid diglycosides of the cycloartane series were isolated from the terrestrial part of Thalictrum minus L. (Ranunculaceae). Geni ns of these glycosides are side-chain structural isomers ta-D-galactop yranosyl-29-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-9 beta,19-cyclo-20(S)-lanost-24(Z) -ene-3 beta,16 beta,22(S),26,29-pentaol and ta-D-galactopyranosyl-29-O -beta-D-glucopyranosyl-9 beta, 19-cyclo-20(S)-lanost-25-ene-3 beta,16 beta,22(S), 24 xi,29-pentaol. The structures of these glycosides were established using 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy and FAB mass spectrometry .
