Abstract
In this paper, a counterexample of the above-mentioned paper(1) is rep orted. It is pointed out that one of the conditions for a Linear syste m to be stabilizable via static output feedback is not correct, A modi fied necessary and sufficient condition for this problem is also prese nted.
