Abstract
Vagal paragangliomas are rare tumors and difficult to differentiate fr om carotid body tumors or schwannomas of the vagus nerve. We present a patient who could bs preoperatively diagnosed as having a vagal parag anglioma by ultrasonography and color Doppler sonography.
