A patient with a generalized nevus spilus associated with a nevus anem
icus and primary lymphedema is reported. We believe that this associat
ion does not reflect the merely coincidental coexistence of three kind
s of anomalies but that it may represent a new type of phakomatosis pi
gmentovascularis.
