Generalized lymphangiomatosis is an extremely rare condition with clin
ical features depending on the extent of involvement. We report a newb
orn infant with chylothorax and cutaneous lymphangiomas of unique clin
ical presentation. The baby required artificial ventilation, pleural d
rainage, low triglyceride infusions, and diet. The course was favorabl
e, with a complete regression of the cutaneous lymphangiomas.
