Abstract
A Meckel's diverticulum may result in a number of complications includ ing hemorrhage, obstruction, and inflammation. We report a case of a g angrenous Meckel's diverticulum secondary to axial torsion, which has been reported only four times in adults and once in children in the pa st 28 years.
