Abstract
Evaluation of antitumor activity of immunogenic drug obtained from the membranes of solubilisated tumor cells was performed on the model of mouse lung Lewis and rat Guerin's carcinomas. This immunogenic drug wa s prepared with the help of the culture medium filtrate of Bac. mesent ericus AB-56. This drug showed an antitumor and antimetastatic activit y in the doses 10-15 times less that those of autovaccine traditionall y prepared from intact tumor cells. These results forms the basis for standartisation of immunogenic drugs obtained from metabolism products of Bac. mesentericus AB-56 used in clinic for postoperational immunot herapy of cancer relapse and metastatic cancer.
