Abstract
Differential diagnosis in angiographically found popliteal artery sten osis or occlusion comprises some distinct and clinically important ent ities that should be considered as management and prognosis may vary c onsiderably We present two patients with the final diagnosis of cystic adventitial disease of the popliteal artery and popliteal artery entr apment syndrome. Angiographic findings and the value of additional dia gnostic imaging are discussed.
