Abstract
In critical moulding areas like sudden cross-sectional changes and at the rib-feet, conventional programs reach their limits. With the aid o f three-dimensional simulations it is possible to calculate very preci se results, as shown by the comparison with experiments. By considerat ion oi inertial forces even the prediction of jetting is possible.
