Abstract
Studies of PA 66-GF show that engineering plastics can be used fundame ntally as a substrate material for moulded interconnect devices. Howev er, when the corresponding connection technology is being chosen, cons ideration must be given to the thermal properties of the material, esp ecially its softening behaviour.
