Abstract
The specific heat capacity (C-p), thermal conductivity (lambda), and t hermal diffusivity (a) were measured for polycrystalline ZnIn2Se4 in t he 300 to 600 K range. Measurements were performed using the flash met hod. The results showed that the mechanism of heat transfer is mainly due to phonons, whereas the contribution of electrons and dipoles are negligible.
