Abstract
Purpose: This study examined the neurological and age-appropriate deve lopmental outcomes of 11 children who underwent open fetal surgery Res ults: Nine children have normal neurological outcomes, and nine have n ormal development. Conclusion: Intensive postnatal care, intracranial hemorrhage. and requirement for prolonged respiratory support were ass ociated with a worse neurological and developmental prognosis.
