Abstract
The concentration-temperature, (x-T), and pressure-temperature, (p-T), magnetic phase diagrams of the dilute Cr-Ir alloy system were obtaine d from ultrasonic wave velocity measurements on a series of Cr-Ir allo y single crystals. A similarity is found between the (x-T) and (p-T) p hase diagrams by using linear transformations between p and x. (C) 199 8 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
