V. Siljegovic et al., A NAD(+) NADH-DEPENDENT DEHYDROGENASE FROM PSEUDOMONAS-PUTIDA ACTING ON SALBUTAMOL/, Biotechnology letters, 20(7), 1998, pp. 667-671
An arylalcohol dehydrogenase has been isolated from Pseudomonas putida
NCIMB 9869 and was used for biosensing of salbutamol. The N-terminal
hexadecapeptide sequence showed some homology to the form A of p-creso
l methylhydroxylase and no homology to any other protein sequence of t
he Swiss Protein Sequence Data Bank.
