Abstract
I consider an electron on a square lattice, formed by random strength point potentials, in the presence of a magnetic field, orthogonal to t he lattice. When the number of magnetic flux quanta per unit cell is l ess than one, then an infinite density of extended disorder independen t states condenses at each Landau level and provides the possibility f or resistivity minima in a disordered system.
