Abstract
The ground-state properties of Lambda hypernuclei are studied theoreti cally using the relativistic mean-field theory with TM1 and NL-SH forc e parameters. It is found that these new parameters can very satisfact orily reproduce the ground-state properties of Lambda hypernuclei. The parameter sets TM1 and NL-SH give very similar descriptions on hypern uclei, The properties of hypernuclei in baryon-hyperon systems are ins ensitive to the force parameters of effective nucleon-nucleon interact ions. The influence of the pairing forces is also taken into account i n the study of the Lambda hyperon and it is found that it leads to an even-odd effect.
