Abstract
Seasonal variation of adult sex ratio analysis is a population of Dacu s Cucurbitae Coquillett indicated that the ratios were female biased ( 1 : 1.23, 1.15 and 1.29) during spring, autumn and winter season, resp ectively. Whereas during summer dominated the population. However Chi- square (x(2)) analysis did not indicate any significant depature from 1 : 1 ratio during different seasons. Possible reasons for deviation o f sex ratio from expected 1 : 1 are also discussed.
