Abstract
Isolated torsion of the fallopian tube is a rare gynecologic condition that is difficult to diagnose preoperatively. We present the sonograp hic and CT findings over a 48-hour period in a case of isolated torsio n of the fallopian tube. The radiologic features of isolated torsion h ave been described previously; however, to our knowledge, the progress ive findings have not been previously reported. (C) 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
