A novel method is introduced for percutaneous stone extraction from a
lower pole caliceal diverticulum in a patient with nephroptosis, also
known as a floating kidney. The patient was fully recovered and asympt
omatic at 2 months postoperatively with her kidney fixed in the flank
position.
