Abstract
The carrier density dependence and the temporal evolution of the groun d level parameters of a quasi-one-dimensional electron-hole plasma con fined in GaAs quantum wires have been studied by a line-shape analysis of the time-resolved luminescence. The obtained data are compared wit h the available theoretical calculations.
