Abstract
A homodyning Mach-Zehnder interferometer with two degenerated optical parametric amplifiers is analyzed. The photon statistics of the entang led state of two correlated squeezed states is shown briefly in terms of the Mandel's Q parameter. The mean-square fluctuation of the phase shift in the interferometer is analyzed in consideration of the signal -to-noise ratio of the output photocurrent. They are analyzed as funct ions of the gains of the crystals and the input intensity.
