Abstract
Ambient-temperature reduction of ammonium vanadate with hydroxylamine hydrochoride results in a vanadium oxide gel that, upon crystallizatio n at 500 degrees C, yields the binary VO2 oxide. (C) 1998 Elsevier Sci ence Ltd.
