Abstract
Solid dispersions of gliquidone in PVP K30 were prepared by the solven t; method. These dispersions were characterized using X-ray diffractio n. In comparison with the drug alone, the physical mixtures and even m ore the solid dispersions showed an increase in the dissolution rate. Moreover these solid dispersions were stable during storage.
