Abstract
We studied kinetics of biotransformation synthetic implant for substit uting defects of the bone tissue using methods of computer tomography, scintigraphy and morphology in vivo and in vitro. We found that the c haracter of biotransformation is dependent on the degree of loaded or unloaded bone tissue.
