TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE EFFECT OF RANDOM ADJUSTMENT AND OPERATION FACTORS ON THE DETECTION AND NOISE-IMMUNITY CHARACTERISTICS OF OPTOELECTRONIC DEVICES
Ab. Romanovskii, TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE EFFECT OF RANDOM ADJUSTMENT AND OPERATION FACTORS ON THE DETECTION AND NOISE-IMMUNITY CHARACTERISTICS OF OPTOELECTRONIC DEVICES, Journal of optical technology, 65(8), 1998, pp. 645-648
This paper presents a list of the random factors that affect the detec
tion and noise-immunity characteristics of optoelectronic devices and
gives expressions that connect the current values of these factors to
the values that determine the detection and noise-immunity characteris
tics. Methods are described for obtaining limiting and probability est
imates of these characteristics. (C) 1998 The Optical Society of Ameri
