l, protozoal, or fungal), bronchiectasis, neoplastic (Kaposi's sarcoma
, AIDS-related lymphoma, or lymphoproliferative disease), or a miscell
aneous group (non-specific interstitial pneumonitis, persistent genera
lized lymphadenopathy, or bronchogenic carcinoma).
