Abstract
We present two cases with hidden Philadelphia translocations that resu lted from an insertion and a complex translocation. These cases rr ere unusual in having the BCR/ABL fusion localized to chromosome 9q34. A review of cases with these uncommon presentations of BCR/ABL and progn ostic presentation is presented.
