Abstract
A 32-year-old woman presented with acute right upper quadrant pain. A computerized tomogram disclosed a 15.5 cm multicystic mass in the subh epatic space adherent to the liver. A hepatic hydatid cyst and metasta sis from an ovarian carcinoma were considered as possible diagnoses. S urgical removal led to a diagnosis of an endometrioid cystadenofibroma in conjunction with endometriosis. To our knowledge, this is the firs t report of an endometrioid cystadenofibroma arising in juxtahepatic e ndometriosis.
