The combined influence of two types of fast waves and a de electric he
ld which is aligned with the ambient magnetic held on electron distrib
ution function is studied by numerical simulations. A quasi-linear ope
rator models the electron Landau damping of any plasma eigenmodes: kin
etic Alfven, whistler;, and lower hybrid waves. For the description of
weak collisional plasma processes, the 2D nonlinear kinetic Fokker-Pl
anck equation is used. The distribution function structure, the electr
on current induced by waves, and the quantitative and qualitative aspe
cts of runaway production are analyzed.
