2D-EMHD turbulence is studied in the freely decaying case and in the r
andom forced one. The analogue of the Kolmogorov's four-fifths law [3]
is derived under the assumptions of statical homogeneity and isotropy
. Direct numerical simulations show that it holds true for different v
alues of the adimensional electron inertial length scale d(e). In the
d(e) similar to 1 regime, the energy spectrum is found to be close to
the Kolmogorov spectrum.
