Abstract
The case of a 29-year-old woman with aplastic anaemia in remission who relapsed during pregnancy is reported here. Following successful Caes arean delivery, spontaneous remission was obtained and the patient rem ains well thereafter. Pathogenic and therapeutic aspects of this rare complication of pregnancy are discussed.
