Abstract
We present a case of microlaryngoscopy in a patient with an unexpected ly difficult airway. The airway was managed by using an oesophageal-tr acheal Combitube (Kendall-Sheridan, Argyle, NY) (ETC) and a fibre-opti c bronchoscope (Pentax-Japan-5mm).
