Abstract
The problem of elastic plates, which is under combined action of super sonic gas flow, mechanical transversal load and mechanical tangential following load, is considered. It is proved that the solution of this problem (in particular, flutter problem) for each anisotropic scalar-n onhomogeneous plate may be obtained through the experiment with the on ly orthotropic plate.
