Abstract
We point out that any torsion degrees of freedom will produce an effec tive potential to the K and (K) over bar with opposite sign. This will allow us to constrain the background torsion field from the K-physics . The most stringent bound on the cosmological background torsion [T<S UP>0</SUP>] < 10<SUP>-26</SUP><INF></INF> GeV comes from the direct me asurement of the CPT violation.
