Abstract
The semileptonic decays of B-c mesons in the framework of QCD are cons idered with use of the spectra of the excited state masses of particip ating mesons. The obtained results are in good agreement with other ca lculations carried out within QCD sum rules. The reasons for the discr epancy observed between the QCD sum rule data and the quark models are discussed. It is shown how to eliminate these discrepancies using hig her QCD corrections.
