Abstract
The new CLEO measurement B(b-->s gamma)<5.4X10(-4) puts severe constra ints on the parameters of the two-Higgs-doublet model. We find that m( H+)>320 GeV (540 GeV) for m(t) = 120 GeV (150 GeV). This new measureme nt implies that the planned rare kaon decay experiments will be insens itive to the charged Higgs boson.
