Abstract
The simple and convenient measurement of the dissociation constant of an indicator, thymol blue, was achieved by using a portable diode-lase r/fiber-optic thermal lensing spectroscopy, which consisted of a visib le diode laser, a photodiode, and an optical fiber. It gives comparabl e results to the cited value obtained from a conventional UV/VIS spect roscopy.
